Refund Policy

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may either return your order for a full refund or exchange it. You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 14 days. Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition in which they were received. Some customized products may not be eligible for refund. Please contact us to request your refund.

Delivery Policy

All orders placed will be delivered to a Mission Valley Student/Staff (PK-12). If your order is not deliverable to a Mission Valley Student, please contact Tara Durkin at tdurkin@mv330.org to arrange a pick up date and time.
